Privacy Policy

Last Updated on April 30, 2019

I hate junk mail and unsolicited ads, and I certainly wouldn’t subject anyone to more of it, so Travel Info Exchange, Inc.(my company) does not use any contact information you disclose to me or Turkey Travel Planner for any purpose except the one you intended, and I do not furnish any contact information to anyone else for any purpose whatsoever.

For example, if you subscribe to the TurkeyTravelPlanner.com Forums, I do not use your email address for any purpose other than to maintain your Forum subscription.

If you send me a private message (ie, not a Forum posting), I do reserve the right to post edited excerpts from your messages (without disclosing your full name, location or contact info) on the Turkey Travel Planner website to help other travelers and to demonstrate the types of services provided by TTP, but if I thought you really cared about this I’d check with you in advance (as I often do).

If you don’t mind my using your real name or city of residence on TTP, please say so in your message to me. If you don’t say so, I won’t reveal this information without first obtaining your permission.

If you really don’t want a single word of anything you say or write to us to be posted, just let me know and that’s what’ll happen.

If you give me financial information (such as credit card info—for example, to pay for an itinerary consultation or a copy of my book, Turkey: Bright Sun, Strong Tea), I use that information one time only, for the purpose you intended, and then I delete itI do not retain any financial information. If you contact me again and want to make another purchase, you’ll need to give me the info again, and I will delete it again after one use.

Although Travel Info Exchange, Inc. and I collect and use information only as stated above, other website functions may collect and use information from your visit in the following ways:
