Fill 'er Up!It's pretty dramatic to see a huge blast of flame going into what looks like a fragile cloth balloon. Actually, the balloons are tough as nails, and the crew deeply experienced, with thousands of launches to their credit. Even with a fountain of flame, it takes 10 or 15 minutes until the gigantic balloon rises off the ground, ready for balloonists to climb into the basket. |
