Pilot Mustafa Turgut pops
the cork (see it?) on a bottle
of Turkish sparkling wine in
preparation for the traditional toast
to a successful hot air balloon
flight.
Keep in mind that it's still
before breakfast-time when you
land, and perhaps you'd rather
toast with fruit juice or spring
water this early in the morning.
(I usually take the bubbly, though.)
You'll be back at
your hotel in time for breakfast.
I think a hot air balloon
flight over Cappadocia is an
adventure of a lifetime.
You may only get the chance
to do it once. Take
it!
