Avanos is a beautiful little town famous for their handmade ceramics. One of our favorites is Kybele Boutique Ceramics, where not only can you watch the professional potters at the wheel, you can also try it out yourself. A beautiful river runs through the town, and is adjacent to the only Starbucks in Cappadocia.
