Ortahisar,
one of Cappadocia's
less discovered and touristy towns,
has fewer places to stay than its neighbors,
but this can be a virtue if you're
looking for a place to get
away from it all.
Alkabris
This beautiful cave inn in relatively
quiet Ortahisar is
a quiet
refuge away from the madding
tourist crowds that sometimes throng
other Cappadocian towns.
The five-room inn enjoys fine
views of the natural stone "castle" at
the town center conveniently just
across the valley, but it also enjoys
the peace and quiet that comes from
being away from the
