Les Maisons de Cappadoce is
the dream of M Jacques Avizou,
a French architect who discovered Cappadocia decades
ago, fell under its enchantment, and
over
the years has created some of the loveliest
villa-apartment lodgings in the region.
Each of the dozen unique villas has
its own private entrance,
and privacy is
preserved
in the charming salons, bedrooms
and terrace gardens as well.
The villas
have been
beautifully
restored,
with vaulted ceilings, fine architectural
detail to catch and delight the eye,
local carpets and kilims, and earthen
pottery from nearby Avanos.
Why stay in Uçhisar?
Reason No. One has to be: as the highest
point in the region, it enjoys the best
views of the striking Cappadocian
countryside.
As the first person to contemplate
private villas in Uçhisar,
M Avizou had his pick of the best
locations.
Each maison has a spectacular
view over Cappadocia as
only Uçhisar,
the tallest point in the region,
can provide.
Even though the villas are fully
equipped with linens and
kitchen equipment, breakfast is
provided to your door each morning
if you wish. A concierge is nearby to
help with any requests.
Les Maisons de Cappadoce gives
you the comfort, charm, style and personal
attention of an exclusive boutique
hotel, but the
privacy of your own villa. Looking
for the perfect Cappadocian hideaway?
This is it!
