Assiana House is
a small family-run pension in the Esbelli
district of Ürgüp, up on
the hill above the town center.
It's quiet here, and the views are
panoramic from the Assiana's balcony.
Mevlut Bey, the owner, and his family,
welcome you and provide for all your
needs with years of hotel experience:
Mevlut ran the Asia Minor Hotel in
the center of Ürgüp for
many years.
The decor here is Ottoman and old-Cappadocia,
with antiques and replicas, Turkish
carpets on the floors, and a comfy
family ambience.
Three of the five guest rooms are
carved right from the rock. The other
two are built of tawny Esbelli volcanic
stone. All have private bathrooms,
and several have Cappadocian-style
fireplaces.
When you contact the Assiana for more
information or reservations, mention
TTP. Here's why.
