Bus

Several companies run buses to Konya from many other Turkish cities, including AksarayAnkaraAntalyaIspartaEğirdirIstanbul and Nevşehir (Cappadocia).

From Istanbul or Ankara, it’s faster, more comfortable, and not much more expensive to take the high-speed train (see below).

It’s best if you can reserve your bus seat a day or so in advance (ask your hotel to help you), but if not, just go to the bus station and you’ll probably be on your way to Konya in an hour or two.
