Several companies with buses from Istanbul to various destinations operate from Office 3 of Istanbul's Büyük Otogar:

The Özen company runs buses to Yalvaç (Antioch-in Pisidia); Isparta (from which you can take a minibus to nearby Egirdir); and two other companies, Gebze Kooperatifi and Mahmudoglu, run buses from Istanbul to Afyon (for Midas Sehri and the lands of ancient Phrygia), Gebze, Uluborlu, Senirkent and Sarkikaraagaç.
