Buses from Office 10 of the Istanbul Main Bus Terminal (Büyük Otogar) go to the Black Sea town of Bartin, and to the Central Anatolian cities and towns of Ankara, Bogazliyan, Sarikaya, Sorgun, Yerköy and Yozgat (near the Hittite capital city of Bogazkale and its temple at Yazilikaya).

The Star company also runs buses to the southeastern oil town of Batman by way of Adana.
