Near the tip of Seraglio Point (Sarayburnu) in Old Istanbul, right where the Golden Horn flows into the Bosphorus, is the Sarayburnu Ferry Dock (Sarayburnu Iskelesi).

The dock is currently used for small ships and for Turkish coastal car ferries such as the Denizline ferries m/s Samsun and /ms Ankara sailing from Istanbul to Bodrum.

The Sarayburnu dock is one km (6/10 mile) east of Galata Bridge (about a 10- to 12-minute walk), or 500 meters (550 yards) east of Sirkeci Station (about a five- to six-minute walk).
