Belkis
Apartments, Cihangir
The Belkis has five one-bedroom apartments, one apartment
per floor. Built in the 1930s, the Belkis was beautifully
restored and modernized in summer 2006, and now each
apartment boasts a living/dining room, fully-equipped
kitchen, modern bathroom, bedroom, satellite TV/DVD,
CD player, wireless Internet, central heating and air-conditioning,
and all linens.
Note that there is no elevator at
the Belkis, so if you choose the attractive penthouse
apartment, you'll get your
daily exercise on
the stairs.
Cihangir is one of Istanbul's
most fashionable neighborhoods, close
to Taksim
Square—a great address.
