Conrad International Istanbul (US$250), good Bosphorus views from most rooms, but you must take taxis everywhere

Swissotel The Bosphorus (US$250), fine Bosphorus views, but little within walking distance

Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul on the Bosphorus It'll be nice...if it ever opens.
