The Bogaziçi Treni (Bosphorus Train) departs Istanbul (Haydarpasa) daily at 12:00 noon hauling Pullman seat cars and a dining car, and arrives in Ankara at 21:05 (9:05 pm).

The Bogaziçi Treni from Ankara to Istanbul is on an entirely different schedule, departing Ankara at 08:00 am, and arriving in Istanbul at 16:46 (4:45 pm), after 8:46 hours.

There's no dining car on the westbound train, but there is a snack cart from which you may buy drinks and snacks.

A one-way ticket on the 567-km (352-mile) journey costs TL21.50.
